The questions you will get will come from 2 documents (YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THEM ON BOTTOM OF PAGE):
600 Biology questions
600 Chemistry questions
That means the full preparation documents contains total 1,200 questions, BUT the exam uses only 100 Biology and 100 Chemistry questions.
ALL THE QUESTIONS WILL COME FROM THE MATERIAL IN THE DOCUMENTS BELOW, NOTHING NEW WILL BE ADDED.THE ANSWERS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW ARE THE CORRECT OPTIONS.
All entrance exam questions are taken from the official Biology and Chemistry preparation materials.
These materials contain the same question bank from which the real exam is created, so preparing from them allows students to study exactly the type of questions they will see on test day.
📝 Exam Format
Each question in the real entrance exam has 4 answer options: A, B, C, D. For each question, 0 to 4 answers may be correct. UPJŠ also states that no periodic table, calculator, or other reference materials are necessary.
❓ Difference Between the Questions in the Documents and the Real Exam
In the Biology and Chemistry documents available on this website, each question contains 8 possible answer options:
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H
Several of these options may be correct. Sometimes 2 answers are correct, sometimes 3 or even 4.
However, in the actual entrance exam, the same question will appear with only 4 answer options instead of 8.
The exam system randomly selects 4 options from the original 8, and you must choose the correct answers from those 4.
The question itself does not change — only the number of answer choices is reduced.

📊 Scoring System
Each question is worth 0 to 4 points, so the maximum score is:
Biology: 400 points
Chemistry: 400 points
Total: 800 points
There are no minus points. UPJŠ officially states this directly.
✅ Passing Requirement
The acceptance pass mark for General Medicine and Dental Medicine is usually around 75%. On an 800-point exam, that is approximately 600 points.
General Medicine: 570 points
General Medicine waiting list: 520 points
Dental Medicine: 620 points
Dental Medicine waiting list: 570 points
🎯 How to Think About Your Score
You do not need full marks to pass. Your final result is based on your combined Biology + Chemistry score, so students can compensate for a weaker result in one subject with a stronger result in the other. This follows directly from the official 800-point combined scoring system.
A safe version could be:
You can pass by combining your Biology and Chemistry results.
For example, a strong Biology score can balance a weaker Chemistry score, as long as your final total reaches the required number of points.
Because there is no negative marking, students should focus on accuracy and avoid random guessing. Many candidates choose to concentrate more heavily on their stronger subject, especially Biology, while still aiming to maximise their total combined score.
